When registering at the Front Desk, the pet owner agrees to the hotel's pet policy, to be responsible for any damages or injury caused by the pet, and to absolve any liability if the pet or another guest is injured. It is your responsibility to review our full pet policy, as well as full NPS policies regarding pets in Shenandoah National Park.
Of the 500 miles of trails in Shenandoah National Park, dogs are allowed on 480 miles of them. You have hundreds of options to explore with your dog! Check here for trails to avoid.
An ATM, the Pollock Dining Room, Mountain Taproom, Grab 'N Go, and Skyland Gift Shop are located in the dining room building. Check out our shopping page for product availability at the gift shop.
While there are no in-room phones, cell service is available depending on your provider. WiFi connectivity may be available in the dining room lobby, and is limited and weather dependent, but that just gives you a great chance to disconnect from your everyday cares and reconnect with nature and each other!
