At Delaware North at Shenandoah National Park, we are focused on creating a great guest experience and the health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority. We are taking appropriate actions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus based on the guidance of the CDC.
As a result of these actions, and after careful consideration with State and County health officials, we have decided to temporarily close lodging, retail and food services, as well as our reservation office until further notice. We are closely following the opening guidelines set by the CDC and will announce our re-opening date when timing is appropriate.
Guests with a current reservation:
If you have a reservation arriving before June 11th, your reservation has been canceled and the deposit is in the process of being refunded.
Currently our reservations office is closed, but you may book online at any time.
Updated Cancellation Policy:
For all Delaware North Parks and Resorts locations as part of our newly established Rest Assured program, we have created a new cancellation policy that provides our guests with the confidence of flexibility during these challenging times.
Under this policy, all reservations arriving on or after July 1, 2020, will be permitted to change or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
We hope this temporary closure supports the national and global effort and look forward to you overnighting with us at a more opportune time this year.
Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe.
