Christy is a Registered Nurse, Health and Life Coach, Mindfulness and Meditation instructor, as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher. She started practicing yoga as a way to relieve stress and get some exercise and fell in love with the practice and its many benefits along the way. Now she shares her love of Yoga with others through her on-line and in person classes.
